In the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) era, roles of rehabilitation to be played in medical system are more emphasized. Rehabilitation is known help patients recover from acute period after COVID-19 infection. addition, studies reported that required return patients’ physical function state before their Intensive care unit and cardiopulmonary recovery have same principles techniques as those applied for frail elderly. therapy requiring a lot contact equipment vulnerable Therefore, it follow thoroughly guidelines about infection, such wearing mask, making two-meter distance between patients, sterilization equipment, limiting visitors. And operation its details will changed; firstly, reduce complexity room, wards enhanced; secondly, enhancing developed increased; thirdly, process, direct minimized, guides using smart fourthly, particularly, cardiorespiratory area, non-contact tele-rehabilitation techniques, rather than outpatient based therapy, applied; fifthly, order execute therapies may cause high concern over droplet consider special facilities like negative pressure isolation room when hospital or ward designed.
